The KL Tower or Menara Tower is the highest tower in Kuala Lumpur. It dominates the city at a height of 421 metres. It was constructed over four years and inaugurated in May 1996.
The KL Tower reflects the country's Islamic heritage and is composed of tiles decorated with typical Islamic flower motifs.
From the top of the tower, an observation platform affords a breathtaking panoramic view of the Malaysian capital. The tower also boasts an observation room at a height of 282 metres.
The Menara Tower is without doubt one of the city's most famous monuments.
